Chloé Paris seeks a Marketing Coordinator to lead 360° integrated marketing campaigns and regional activations for luxury fashion collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 360° marketing presentations accompanying collection launches, capsules, and key brand moments, translating strategic priorities into clear, integrated activation plans across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Coordinate and consolidate cross-functional input from Product Merchandising, Digital/E-commerce, CRM, Visual Merchandising, Training, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned launch approaches
- Serve as the central coordination point between headquarters departments to maintain strong alignment throughout development and execution of each launch
- Define key milestones, deliverables, and timelines while ensuring stakeholder alignment across all functions
- Anticipate gaps and risks to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery
- Act as the primary marketing contact at headquarters for regional teams concerning global marketing priorities, launches, and local activations
- Deploy global 360° strategies and tools to regions and ensure clear understanding of strategic intentions, product priorities, and execution expectations
- Lead regional go-to-market presentations for collections, capsules, and product launches, tracking local activation plans closely
- Coordinate regional feedback and requests, integrating market needs in cohesion with brand strategy and house image
- Maintain and continuously update the global marketing calendar to provide clear visibility on key launches, messaging, activations, and milestones
- Consolidate primary MarCom KPIs covering marketing, media, social, and PR to evaluate impact of launches and activations
- Develop post-launch reviews highlighting performance, key learnings, and optimization opportunities
- Monitor competitor and industry initiatives, proactively sharing best practices and emerging marketing trends with the team
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in global marketing, integrated marketing, brand marketing, or similar 360° coordination roles, ideally in luxury, fashion, or beauty sectors
- Solid understanding of integrated marketing and multiple consumer touchpoints across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Strong knowledge of Asian markets, particularly China, including marketing specialties, digital ecosystems, and consumer behavior nuances
- Experience collaborating with international and regional teams, with proven ability to understand different market dynamics and translate global strategies into relevant local activations
- Excellent project management skills with ability to structure, prioritize, and lead projects from strategy through execution
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with capacity to influence and align stakeholders at headquarters and across regions
- Fluent English, both written and oral
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple competing deadlines
- Strong sensitivity to luxury, fashion, creativity, and brand image

3–5 years of professional experience in global marketing, integrated marketing, brand marketing, or similar 360° coordination roles within the luxury, fashion, or beauty sectors.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
