Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end IT projects for procurement and product traceability, from discovery and requirements to deployment, testing and post‑launch support.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (procurement, supply chain, product, quality, CSR and finance) to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Manage external vendors and implementation partners; oversee RFPs, vendor selection, contract milestones and deliverables.
  • Define and govern data models, master data processes and integration requirements to ensure traceability across suppliers and product lifecycle.
  • Coordinate testing plans, user acceptance testing (UAT) and remedial actions; prepare training materials and drive change management activities.
  • Maintain project plans, risks, budgets and KPIs; report progress to senior management and adjust scope to meet timelines and quality objectives.
  • Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and sustainability requirements relevant to procurement and supply‑chain traceability.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as an IT project manager on procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain traceability initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier onboarding, purchase‑to‑pay and master data governance.
  • Experience overseeing ERP or procurement platform implementations and integrations with multiple enterprise systems.
  • Strong vendor management skills with experience running RFPs and managing implementation partners.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and change management capabilities.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related field; advanced degree desirable.
