Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end image projects including advertising campaigns, lookbooks, editorials, e‑commerce photography and digital content.
• Translate creative briefs into production plans, schedules and budgets while safeguarding brand direction and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage external suppliers — photographers, stylists, casting agents, production companies, retouchers — and internal stakeholders across creative, marketing, product and e‑commerce teams.
• Oversee on‑set production and post‑production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of assets and adherence to technical specifications for all channels.
• Manage budgets, negotiate supplier contracts, process purchase orders and ensure cost control throughout the production cycle.
• Maintain image asset libraries, rights documentation and usage clearances; ensure compliance with legal and archival requirements.
• Report project status to senior creative leadership and propose process improvements to streamline production and elevate image output.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience producing fashion photography and visual campaigns for a luxury brand or creative agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, timelines and budgets with rigorous attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with external vendors and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledgeable about photography production, post‑production retouching processes and technical delivery specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion, communications, marketing, art direction or equivalent professional experience.
