Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver all image production (photography and video) from pre-production through post-production, ensuring alignment with creative direction and brand standards.
• Manage production schedules, shoot logistics, studios, set construction, casting, stylists, hair & makeup, and on-set operations.
• Negotiate and manage external suppliers and creative vendors, including photographers, production companies and retouchers; control and track production budgets and invoices.
• Oversee post-production workflows and quality control for retouching, color grading and final asset preparation for print, digital and e‑commerce channels.
• Administer image rights clearance, model releases and licensing, ensuring legal and commercial compliance for global use.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery of visual assets to marketing, e‑commerce, CRM and wholesale teams according to channel specifications.
• Maintain asset libraries and metadata standards; liaise with Digital Asset Management owners to ensure discoverability and attribution.
• Provide timely reporting on production status, budgets and risks to creative and commercial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing image production for a fashion or luxury brand, with a portfolio of commercial shoots and campaigns.
• Strong organisational aptitude with demonstrated ability to manage concurrent productions, tight schedules and complex logistics.
• Experience negotiating with vendors, managing production budgets and controlling costs.
• Knowledge of image licensing, model releases and basic rights management for editorial and commercial use.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external creative partners.

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in image or creative production within fashion, luxury goods, or an agency environment, with hands-on responsibility for end-to-end shoot delivery and post-production.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in photography, production management, communications, fashion or a related discipline; relevant vocational qualifications accepted.
