Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead an integrated talent strategy covering acquisition, development, retention and employer branding to support the Maison’s business and creative objectives.
- Develop and execute a global influencer and creator partnership programme that aligns with seasonal campaigns, product launches and long‑term brand positioning.
- Build, lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of talent acquisition, creator relations and talent development specialists; set objectives, performance metrics and career paths.
- Own end-to-end influencer campaign delivery: brief development, talent scouting, contracting, content guidelines, activation timelines and post‑campaign analysis.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Communications, Creative, HR and Retail teams to integrate talent and influence initiatives across channels and markets.
- Manage budgets and commercial terms for talent and influencer partnerships, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with brand, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure impact on brand equity, reach, engagement and commercial performance; present insights to senior leadership.
- Scout emerging talent and creators, maintain an active industry network, and represent the Maison at sector events where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership with strong strategic vision and operational rigour in talent management and influencer/creator programmes.
- Deep knowledge of influencer ecosystems, content production workflows and metrics for earned, owned and paid social.
- Established network of creators, agents and industry contacts across luxury, fashion and lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing contracts, budgets and commercial partnerships.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities at senior levels.
- High standards of brand sensibility and ability to translate creative briefs into measurable activations.

Experience
Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in talent, people or influencer marketing roles with demonstrable ownership of strategy and execution; at least several years in a leadership capacity and prior exposure to luxury fashion or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience is advantageous.
