Chloé in Paris seeks a Head of Client Development to lead CRM, VIP programmes and client acquisition for the maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global client development strategy that drives acquisition, retention and lifetime value across retail, wholesale and digital channels.
  • Design and lead VIP, loyalty and clienteling programmes, including segmentation, personalised outreach and event-based engagement for high-value clients.
  • Own CRM roadmap and roadmap delivery: select and optimise client-facing platforms, oversee implementation with technology and vendor partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, retail operations and merchandising to translate product launches and campaigns into targeted client journeys.
  • Establish KPIs, build reporting frameworks and deliver actionable insights from client data to inform commercial decisions and measure programme ROI.
  • Build, mentor and scale a high-performing client development team; set targets, manage budgets and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Train and enable store teams and client advisors on clienteling tools and personalised selling techniques to drive conversion and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in client development, CRM or loyalty within the luxury fashion or premium retail sector.
  • Demonstrable track record of designing and scaling VIP/clienteling programmes that materially increased client LTV and retention.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience setting KPIs, managing budgets and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to drive change across retail, marketing and digital teams.
  • Fluency in English and French preferred; exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field; advanced degree desirable.

Experience
