Chloé in Paris seeks a CRM & Data Analysis Assistant to support CRM campaigns, reporting and data quality for the luxury fashion maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end execution of CRM campaigns including segmentation, audience build, delivery and post‑campaign analysis.
- Manage and cleanse customer data to maintain accuracy, deduplication and compliance with data governance standards.
- Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards tracking campaign performance, LTV, retention and acquisition metrics.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and visualisations for marketing, retail and commercial stakeholders.
- Execute and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to optimise messaging, subject lines, send times and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce, retail and IT teams to translate commercial objectives into CRM actions and customer journeys.
- Ensure customer records and marketing activities adhere to GDPR and internal privacy policies; support audit requests and consent management.
- Contribute to CRM project workstreams, tool implementations and data integrations with external vendors and internal systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, data science, economics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in CRM, marketing analytics or database marketing — preferably within retail or fashion.
- Strong numerical literacy with the ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations.
- Solid understanding of data protection principles and practical experience supporting GDPR compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to communicate analytical findings to non‑technical audiences.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of hands‑on experience in CRM operations, marketing analytics or customer database management within retail, e‑commerce or a related consumer sector; prior exposure to luxury or fashion brands is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
