  • Own end-to-end analysis of commercial performance (store, wholesale, e‑commerce) and translate data into actionable recommendations for merchandising, retail and commercial teams.
  • Design, build and maintain KPI dashboards and regular management reporting using BI tools; automate recurring reports and ensure data accuracy.
  • Deliver forecasts, sell‑through analysis, margin and pricing analysis to support assortment and promotional decisions.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (merchandising, planning, operations, digital) to define reporting requirements and embed insights into business processes.
  • Perform ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses to answer strategic questions and support business initiatives or product launches.
  • Drive process improvements in data collection, governance and reporting workflows; liaise with IT/BI teams to implement solutions.
  • Translate complex datasets into concise slide decks and presentations for senior management and commercial teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven analytical track record with 3+ years in retail, fashion, luxury goods, or consumer goods environment.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and managing commercial KPIs, sales analysis and forecasting processes.
  • Ability to synthesise quantitative analysis into clear commercial recommendations and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and experience working in cross‑functional, matrixed teams.
  • High attention to data quality and governance with experience implementing reporting improvements.
