Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients into the boutique, attend to them as they move through the store, and provide beverage service and wait-time information.
• Support the selling team by running and wrapping products, serving and clearing client beverages, managing coat check, and faxing or copying forms as needed.
• Assist the sales team with service items and pass them to the service or operations team for repairs.
• Participate in inventory checks and handle merchandise appropriately, including movement in the Boutique Inventory Tool, tagging, quality control, organization, protection, cycle and daily counts, auditing, reconciliation, and problem-solving.
• Replenish and order supplies, including shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, and client beverages, to support smooth operations.
• Participate in boutique setup and breakdown at opening and closing.
• Assist with preparing and packaging products for shipment.
• Follow Chloé security and operational policies and procedures, including product handling and inventory control.
• Support the sales team and ensure audit compliance for tax exemption forms, 8300 forms, external boutique transactions, gift certificates, sales recognition, and telephone orders.
• Develop thorough knowledge of the brand and its products to convey Chloé’s purpose and core values.
• Follow visual guidelines, participate in daily store setup, showcase and visual merchandising tasks, and replenish stock daily.

Qualifications

• A college degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer skills, including tablets and PCs.
• Ability to stand throughout the day.
• Passion for Chloé.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask with precision.
• Ability to project an approachable, professional image through personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.
• Self-starter with a team-player approach.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 22 per hour.
