Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse leather goods category performance through sales data, inventory levels, and collection-level metrics by product line and market
- Develop and maintain regular reporting dashboards tracking key performance indicators including sell-through rates and stock coverage
- Prepare buying tools and documentation prior to showroom sessions, monitor sales during trade shows, and conduct post-event analysis and reconciliation
- Conduct competitive market surveillance and formulate pricing recommendations across regional currencies; create supporting communications for internal teams
- Collaborate with Collection Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Regional Merchandisers, and E-commerce teams to align strategy and execution
Qualifications
- Degree from a recognised business school, fashion school, engineering programme, or university (Bac+4 level)
- First experience in merchandising and/or marketing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort managing numerical data and KPI interpretation
- Strong product sensibility and understanding of market trends
- Fluent French and proficient English
