Chloé — Internship: Assistant Product Manager, Licences in Paris starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Licensing Manager in the end-to-end management of licence agreements and partner relationships.
- Coordinate product development with licensees and internal teams (design, technical, production) to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and timelines.
- Track samples and approvals, maintain product calendars and monitor milestones to support on-time launches.
- Prepare commercial and qualitative reporting, sales trackers and presentations for internal stakeholders and license partners.
- Contribute to market and competitive analysis to inform licensing strategy and SKU planning.
- Liaise with legal, finance and supply-chain teams to follow up on contractual, costing and invoicing matters.
- Assist in the preparation of briefs, moodboards and technical dossiers for licensee product lines.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management or equivalent.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and professional presentation ability.
- Commercial acumen and an interest in brand licensing, product development and fashion business models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar tools is an advantage.
- Availability to start in September 2026 and to complete the full contractual internship period.

No specific professional experience required; previous internships or coursework in fashion product, licensing, merchandising or brand management are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
