Cheval Blanc in Porto Cervo seeks a temporary Warehouse Clerk to manage inventory, receiving and stock control for hotel operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect all incoming goods against purchase specifications and requisitions, verifying accuracy and quality.
- Authorise and process distribution requests, apply FIFO (first-in, first-out) rotation and ensure issued items are fit for use.
- Monitor stock levels, flag low‑stock items to the purchaser/economo in a timely manner and maintain minimum level controls.
- Support monthly inventory counts and ensure accurate recording of distributions, transfers and F&B movements in the system.
- Identify slow‑moving or near‑expiry items, maintain clean and safe storage areas and contribute to efficient warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse, stores or inventory role; hospitality or F&B experience preferred.
- Proven competence with purchasing/inventory systems (Business Central) and working knowledge of Excel.
- Good communication skills in English to liaise with internal teams and suppliers.
- Strong organisational skills, time management and meticulous attention to detail.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
