Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, refresh and maintain private villas to the Maison’s exacting presentation and hygiene standards, including daily cleaning, turndown and replenishment of amenities.
  • Manage linen care, garment handling and villa inventory with precision and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Majordomes, Housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate service timing, special requests and preventative upkeep.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver discreet, personalised service while safeguarding guest privacy and security.
  • Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items and any guest feedback promptly and accurately; follow Housekeeping SOPs and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, resort or villa environment, with exposure to villa or suite service operations.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of high-standard housekeeping procedures, linen care and room presentation.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Impeccable discretion, strong attention to detail and a guest-centric disposition.
  • Reliable, well organised and able to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Experience
