Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, refresh and maintain private villas to the Maison’s exacting presentation and hygiene standards, including daily cleaning, turndown and replenishment of amenities.
- Manage linen care, garment handling and villa inventory with precision and proper documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Majordomes, Housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate service timing, special requests and preventative upkeep.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver discreet, personalised service while safeguarding guest privacy and security.
- Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items and any guest feedback promptly and accurately; follow Housekeeping SOPs and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, resort or villa environment, with exposure to villa or suite service operations.
- Demonstrable knowledge of high-standard housekeeping procedures, linen care and room presentation.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Impeccable discretion, strong attention to detail and a guest-centric disposition.
- Reliable, well organised and able to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of progressive housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality, with direct involvement in villa or suite service operations and high standards of presentation.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in hospitality/housekeeping preferred but not required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Noonu, Noonu Atoll, Maldives, with easy access to Malé.
