Cheval Blanc Seychelles seeks an experienced Villa Attendant to maintain the exceptional standard of its 52-villa resort on Anse Intendance. The role involves impeccable cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of guest villas and suites to palace-level specifications, alongside discreet observation of guest preferences to anticipate personalized service requests. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Head Housekeeper to ensure every detail reflects the maison's commitment to luxury comfort and well-being.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleaning and presentation standards across all guest villas and suites, adhering to palace-level quality specifications
- Perform meticulous preparation and maintenance of guest accommodations, including detailed attention to furnishings, amenities, and décor
- Observe guest habits and preferences to anticipate requests; share observations with the housekeeping team to enable personalized service delivery
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functioning; report promptly any maintenance issues or anomalies
- Maintain discreet, attentive service that prioritizes guest safety, comfort, and privacy throughout their stay
- Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper and broader housekeeping team to uphold operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury service delivery and palace-level quality standards
- Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in all assigned tasks
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
- Discretion and professionalism in all guest interactions
