Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleaning and presentation standards across all guest villas and suites, adhering to palace-level quality specifications
- Perform meticulous preparation and maintenance of guest accommodations, including detailed attention to furnishings, amenities, and décor
- Observe guest habits and preferences to anticipate requests; share observations with the housekeeping team to enable personalized service delivery
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functioning; report promptly any maintenance issues or anomalies
- Maintain discreet, attentive service that prioritizes guest safety, comfort, and privacy throughout their stay
- Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper and broader housekeeping team to uphold operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hospitality environment

- Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written
