Villa Attendant at Cheval Blanc Seychelles – Luxury housekeeping role maintaining guest villas and public spaces.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest villas, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards
- Ensure adherence to Maison standards and policies across all housekeeping operations
- Perform housekeeping activities including cleaning, villa setup, and turndown service
- Coordinate with the housekeeping supervisor for timely inventory replenishment and resource management
- Attend ongoing training and development focusing on cleaning techniques, guest interaction, and safety procedures
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence within the department
- Address and resolve guest requests, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner
- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications
- Certificate and/or diploma in Housekeeping Operations and Services
- Excellent customer service skills and pleasant personality
- Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner-level experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations is acceptable; comprehensive on-site training will be provided.
Education
Certificate and/or diploma in Housekeeping Operations and Services or equivalent qualification.
