Hotel Pitrizza in Porto Cervo seeks an experienced Valet & Doorman to deliver premium guest services in luxury hospitality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests with professionalism and warmth upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with vehicle parking in a safe and efficient manner
- Handle luggage transportation for arriving and departing guests, from vehicles to rooms or vice versa
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel entrance, lobby, and parking areas
- Collaborate actively with Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional guest service
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance
- Comply with all security procedures and hotel policies at all times
- Communicate clearly and promptly with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of significant experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or high-end establishment
- Valid driving license with proven experience operating various vehicle types, including luxury automobiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with guests and colleagues from diverse nationalities and cultures
- Demonstrated proactivity in anticipating and resolving guest needs effectively
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent Italian and English language proficiency; knowledge of a third language (such as French) is a significant advantage
