Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring alignment with job requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Design job vacancies and announcements to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Conduct timely and cost-effective recruitment using appropriate channels.
  • Support and guide department heads in efficient resort-level recruitment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct local and international recruitment initiatives.
  • Manage post-interview feedback from department heads.
  • Ensure recruitment aligns with approved levels, salaries, and benefits.
  • Facilitate the work permit quota system and application process.
  • Manage contract probationary evaluations and renewal processes.
  • Assist in compiling and updating job descriptions and skill specifications.
  • Ensure manning levels meet operational requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in HR management within a hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and HR management systems.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous. Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Experience

A minimum of three years in Human Resources Management within a hotel or resort environment is required.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
