Spa Therapist at Cheval Blanc St-Barth, Saint-Barthélemy. Deliver luxury Guerlain beauty treatments in a Caribbean palace setting. Full-time contract role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and identify their specific needs and expectations through personalized consultation
- Conduct detailed beauty diagnoses to propose customized skincare and wellness programs tailored to individual preferences
- Perform facial and body treatments using manual techniques and advanced technology while adhering strictly to Guerlain protocols
- Recommend and advise on skincare products and spa services, demonstrating deep knowledge of the Guerlain universe
- Deliver complementary aesthetic services including manicures, pedicures, hair removal, and makeup application
- Maintain impeccable preparation and cleanliness of treatment cabins, ensuring a calm and welcoming ambiance
- Uphold rigorous hygiene and safety standards to guarantee a secure and pleasant environment for all guests
- Manage administrative tasks including Spa Booker software operations
Qualifications
- CAP, BEP, BAC PRO, or BTS Esthétique qualification
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a luxury spa or similar establishment
- Fluent English and French, both written and oral
- Mastery of wellness and aesthetic treatment techniques
- Proficiency with Spa Booker software
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury spa environments and best practices
- Excellent hygiene and safety awareness
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a luxury spa, wellness center, or comparable hospitality establishment. While foundational training is essential, demonstrated proficiency in delivering high-end treatments in a luxury context is required.
Education
CAP, BEP, BAC PRO, or BTS in Esthétique or equivalent vocational qualification in beauty, wellness, or spa therapy.
Workplace
This position is based in Saint Barthélemy, Saint Barthélemy, French Overseas Departments and Territories.
