Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and conduct detailed personalized consultations to identify specific wellness needs, skin concerns, and treatment preferences
- Design and recommend customized treatment programs and Guerlain products tailored to each guest's unique requirements
- Execute facial and body care treatments in accordance with Guerlain protocols, utilizing advanced manual techniques and cutting-edge spa equipment
- Provide complementary esthetic services including manicure, pedicure, epilation, and makeup application to enhance the overall spa experience
- Maintain impeccable preparation and presentation of treatment cabins, ensuring a serene and hygienic environment conducive to relaxation and wellness
- Uphold all established hygiene, safety, and operational standards to guarantee a secure and welcoming experience for guests
- Demonstrate extensive product and service knowledge to guide informed guest decisions and maximize treatment efficacy
Qualifications
- CAP, BEP, or BAC PRO in Esthetics, or equivalent BTS certification
- Minimum three years of professional experience in a luxury spa or comparable high-end wellness establishment
- Fluent oral and written proficiency in both English and French
- Expert-level mastery of esthetic and wellness treatment techniques
- Proficiency with Spa Booker software or equivalent spa management systems
- In-depth knowledge of luxury spa environments and Guerlain brand aesthetics
- Demonstrated commitment to impeccable hygiene and safety standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in a luxury spa, wellness resort, or comparable ultra-high-end hospitality establishment offering personalized treatment services to affluent international clientele.
Education
CAP, BEP, or BAC PRO in Esthetics; BTS certification in Esthetics preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Gustavia, Saint Barthélemy, French Overseas Departments and Territories.
