Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks experienced Spa Therapist to deliver luxury Guerlain treatments in prestigious five-star alpine resort.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and conduct personalized skin and wellness diagnostics to identify specific needs and preferences
- Recommend and deliver customized facial and body treatments following Guerlain protocols, utilizing both manual techniques and advanced spa technology
- Advise guests on appropriate products and services, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Guerlain universe and luxury spa offerings
- Provide complementary aesthetic services including nail care, hair removal, and makeup application to ensure comprehensive guest experiences
- Maintain immaculate treatment cabins and spa stations, ensuring a serene and hygienic environment that exceeds luxury hospitality standards
- Uphold all Guerlain and hotel hygiene, safety, and operational protocols to guarantee guest wellbeing and satisfaction
Qualifications
- CAP, BEP, or BAC PRO in Aesthetics or equivalent BTS Esthétique qualification
- Minimum three years of demonstrable experience in luxury spa establishments or comparable five-star hospitality wellness environments
- Fluent oral and written proficiency in both French and English
- Proficiency with Spa Booker software or comparable spa management systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury spa operations and high-end wellness service delivery

Minimum three years of professional experience in luxury spa or wellness settings within high-end hospitality establishments.
Education
CAP, BEP, or BAC PRO in Aesthetics, or equivalent BTS Esthétique qualification required.
