Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks a Spa Therapist & Beauty Advisor for the Guerlain spa in this 5-star luxury alpine palace.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and identify their specific skincare and wellness needs through personalized consultations
- Conduct customized facial and body treatments using Guerlain protocols and advanced skincare technologies
- Provide expert product recommendations and treatment planning tailored to each guest's individual requirements
- Perform complementary aesthetic services including manicures, pedicures, hair removal, and makeup application
- Maintain meticulous administrative oversight of treatment bookings and coordinate requests with the Spa Manager
- Maintain pristine treatment cabin environments, ensuring cleanliness and a serene, calming ambiance
- Uphold rigorous hygiene and safety standards to ensure a secure and welcoming spa experience
Qualifications
- CAP, BEP, or BAC PRO in Aesthetics, or equivalent BTS qualification
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a luxury spa or similar establishment
- Fluent spoken and written English and French
- Proficiency with Spa Booker software
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury spa environment operations
- Mastery of well-being and aesthetic treatment techniques
- Advanced sales technique competencies

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a luxury spa or comparable hospitality wellness setting, with demonstrated expertise in premium skincare and aesthetic treatments.
Education
CAP, BEP, or BAC PRO in Aesthetics; BTS Esthétique preferred.
