Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks Spa Receptionist in Saint-Barthélemy to manage luxury wellness guest experiences and spa operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assess their spa and wellness expectations with attentiveness and professionalism
- Manage spa treatment reservations, scheduling, and specialized requests with precision and administrative rigor
- Present spa treatments, facilities, Guerlain products, and services with knowledge and elegance
- Maintain detailed guest records and coordinate seamlessly with spa practitioners and broader hotel teams
- Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, confidentiality, and guest privacy within the spa reception area
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensure proper information dissemination, and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Serve as an ambassador for the spa's philosophy of serenity, well-being, and refined excellence
Qualifications
- Certification or diploma equivalent to CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, or BTS
- Demonstrated proficiency in luxury spa operations and guest relations
- Prior successful experience in a similar spa receptionist or hospitality role at an upscale establishment
- Fluent English and French (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with Spa Booker software
- Excellent presentation, elegance, and discretion
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
