Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as the refined first point of contact for guests, embodying elegance and attentiveness during all interactions
• Orchestrate the welcoming experience for the hotel's distinguished clientele with discretion and personalized attention
• Manage spa reservations with meticulous precision and handle inquiries with expert knowledge of services and treatments
• Actively promote exclusive spa services and complementary products with expert discretion to optimize revenue objectives
• Maintain warm, personalized guest relations while anticipating client needs and providing expert consultation
• Maintain detailed and updated guest profiles with the Cheval Blanc signature of excellence
• Ensure the pristine condition and peaceful ambiance of spa reception areas, treatment cabins, and adjoining spaces
• Contribute to achieving spa revenue targets through consultative selling and service excellence

Qualifications

• Formal training or qualification in esthetics or spa services
• Strong proficiency with hospitality management software and computer systems
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with high client-facing representativeness
• Outstanding sense of hospitality and customer service orientation
• Discretion, attention to detail, and meticulous organizational abilities
• Availability and flexibility to accommodate varying service schedules

Skills

Experience

Entry-level candidates welcome; prior hospitality or spa reception experience is valued but not required. Candidates should demonstrate a strong foundation in customer service and esthetic awareness.

Education

Formal training in esthetics, cosmetology, spa management, or equivalent hospitality qualification preferred.
