Spa Receptionist at Cheval Blanc Seychelles in Mahé — luxury guest relations role reporting to Spa Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide personalized assistance to spa guests, identifying their expectations and wellness needs to recommend appropriate treatments and services
- Manage spa reservations and appointment scheduling, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient coordination with spa treatment teams
- Coordinate guest requests and service delivery across spa departments, ensuring seamless communication and timeline adherence
- Promote spa treatments, wellness products, and seasonal offerings while maintaining awareness of current packages and promotions
- Maintain strict compliance with hygiene standards, quality protocols, and Cheval Blanc's service excellence benchmarks
- Oversee the guest experience journey from pre-arrival through post-departure, including feedback collection and issue resolution
- Perform administrative duties including guest check-ins, payment processing, and maintenance of spa records and databases
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of guest-facing hospitality or spa reception experience
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency with Spa Booker software or equivalent spa management systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of wellness, beauty treatments, and spa protocols
- Certification or familiarity with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality, spa operations, or high-end guest reception environments. Prior experience in a five-star resort, destination spa, or Maison-affiliated wellness center is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal hospitality training or spa certification preferred.
