Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks bilingual Spa Receptionist in Saint Barthélemy for exceptional guest services within luxury Caribbean palace.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, understanding their expectations and guiding them through bespoke spa experiences
- Manage spa reservations, schedules, and special requests while recommending treatments aligned with guest preferences and needs
- Present spa services, facilities, treatments, and Guerlain product offerings with precision and expertise
- Maintain meticulous guest records and coordinate seamlessly with spa practitioners and hotel teams
- Ensure reception area upkeep, adhering to luxury hospitality standards of quality, hygiene, and confidentiality
- Oversee daily operational procedures and support smooth service delivery throughout the spa
- Communicate consistently with colleagues to ensure unified, harmonious guest experiences
Qualifications
- CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, BTS or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience in a luxury spa or high-end hospitality setting
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Spa Booker software
- Exemplary client reception and appointment management skills
- Strong organizational ability and meticulous administrative discipline
Skills
Experience
First successful experience in a similar reception or guest services role within a luxury establishment is strongly preferred; however, exceptional candidates with transferable hospitality experience will be considered.
Education
CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, BTS or equivalent hospitality or service sector qualification.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Gustavia, Saint Barthélemy, French Overseas Departments and Territories.
