Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks Spa Receptionist in France. Full-time luxury hospitality role with accommodation and benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and orient guests with warmth and professionalism, identifying their wellness needs and directing them to appropriate treatments and facilities
  • Manage spa reservations, appointments, and administrative coordination with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Liaise between guests and spa teams to ensure seamless service delivery before, during, and after each visit
  • Promote spa treatments, products, and packages while adhering to Leading Quality Assurance standards
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene protocols and luxury service standards consistent with the Cheval Blanc brand
  • Contribute to upselling and revenue optimization through knowledgeable service and genuine engagement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a luxury spa or five-star hospitality setting
  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency with Spa Booker software or equivalent reservation systems
  • Knowledge of wellness treatments, esthetics, and luxury spa protocols
  • Familiarity with Leading Quality Assurance standards
  • Certification or training in CAP/BEP/BAC PRO or BTS in Esthetics or Hospitality (preferred)

Experience

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Courchevel, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, with easy access to Grenoble.
