Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks Spa Reception Intern – luxury hotel internship in French Alps with housing, meals, and transport included.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome spa guests, identifying their specific needs and expectations
- Advise guests on appropriate Guerlain products and spa services, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the luxury wellness universe
- Maintain the spa reception area with meticulous attention to cleanliness and creating a serene ambiance
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a secure and pleasant environment for guests
- Prepare the reception workspace with care and professionalism
- Contribute to an exceptional guest experience by embodying the values of luxury hospitality
Qualifications
- CAP, BTS, or BAC PRO in Esthetics or Hotel Management
- Knowledge of luxury spa operations and hospitality standards
- Fluent English and French (oral and written)
- Familiarity with Spa Booker software (preferred)
- Demonstrated understanding of hygiene and safety protocols
Skills
Experience
Beginners are welcome; candidates should possess foundational knowledge of luxury spa environments and ideally have completed relevant esthetics or hospitality training.
Education
CAP, BTS, or BAC PRO in Esthetics or Hotel Management (or equivalent vocational training in hospitality)
