Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks a Spa Manager in Saint Barthélemy to lead the Guerlain spa team and deliver exceptional guest wellness experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, train and inspire a team of Guerlain Beauty experts to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure strict implementation of Guerlain treatment protocols and high standards of manual techniques and device usage.
- Welcome guests, perform personalised diagnostics and design bespoke treatment programmes aligned with guest needs.
- Manage spa operations including treatment scheduling, cabin presentation, hygiene, safety and ambient standards.
- Oversee product and service knowledge across the team and ensure appropriate retail recommendations and upselling.
- Deliver on guest satisfaction objectives and contribute to the commercial development and evolution of the spa offering in collaboration with hotel management.
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma in beauty/esthetics (CAP/BEP/BAC PRO) or BTS Esthétique, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum five years' experience in a luxury hotel or resort spa with previous supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
- Fluent French and English (spoken and written).
- Proven knowledge of luxury spa operations and Guerlain treatment protocols.
- Familiarity with Spa Booker software and strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Experience
Minimum five years' experience in a luxury spa environment or comparable hotel/resort setting, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Education
CAP/BEP/BAC PRO or BTS in Aesthetics (or equivalent vocational qualification).
