Cheval Blanc Paris is hiring a Spa Intern in Paris — internship supporting guest reception, bookings and spa service promotion at the hotel's Dior Spa.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome spa guests with warmth, discretion and a high level of professionalism, representing the House’s standards.
- Manage spa reservations and appointment scheduling with meticulous attention to detail.
- Promote spa treatments and retail products discreetly to support revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
- Maintain and update guest records and profiles to ensure personalised service and continuity of care.
- Contribute to the upkeep and presentation of treatment rooms and back-of-house areas to preserve an environment of absolute serenity.
- Provide general operational support to therapists and the spa team (preparing rooms, client flow, minor administrative tasks).
- Ensure excellent client follow-up and communicate guest feedback to the spa management team.
Qualifications
- Vocational training in esthetics/cosmetology (completed or in progress).
- Proven excellent interpersonal skills and strong service orientation.
- Rigor, precision and strong organisational ability.
- Availability, flexibility and capacity to adapt in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Team spirit, discretion and tact when interacting with prestigious clientele.
- Good command of basic computer tools for reservations and client record keeping.

Entry-level / débutant. No prior professional experience required; trainees and recent graduates of esthetics programs are encouraged to apply.
Education
Vocational training in esthetics or cosmetology (certificate, diploma, or current enrolment).
