Cheval Blanc Randheli, Noonu (Maldives) seeks a Spa Attendant — on-site role with accommodation, health clinic access and a generous financial package.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, clean and present all spa areas to the Maison's exacting standards, ensuring treatment rooms, relaxation areas and changing facilities are immaculate and guest-ready.
  • Manage linen, towels and amenities; launder, fold and replenish supplies to sustain continuous treatment flow and superior presentation.
  • Support Spa Therapists and Reception Ambassadeurs during guest arrivals, departures and treatments, anticipating needs and ensuring discreet, timely assistance.
  • Maintain inventory of operational supplies and products; report shortages and assist with stock rotation and basic storeroom organisation.
  • Adhere to hygiene, sanitation and safety procedures for all spa equipment and facilities, performing routine checks and basic equipment care.
  • Deliver warm, courteous guest contact when required, upholding the Maison's standards of service and discretion in an international luxury environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in a spa, luxury housekeeping or upscale hospitality environment.
  • Proven knowledge of hygiene, sanitation and spa preparation procedures and familiarity with safety standards and basic equipment care.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of presentation and inventory replenishment under continuous service conditions.
  • Calm, attentive and service-oriented demeanour with strong attention to detail and the discretion to work within a close team.
  • Ability and willingness to live and work on-site in a remote island environment for extended contracts.

Experience
