Role & Responsibilities

  • Guide guests through the wine and spirits selection with authoritative tasting notes and personalised recommendations to enhance the gastronomic experience.

  • Perform refined tableside wine service, decanting and presentation consistent with Michelin‑star standards.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) — mandatory; proficiency in an additional language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) highly valued.
  • Strong commercial aptitude with demonstrated upselling and guest‑consultation skills.
