Cheval Blanc Paris is seeking a Senior Butler to deliver a signature in-room welcome and personalised guest experience, coordinate stay arrangements and support the daily organisation and training of the Butler team. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a signature in-room welcome and ensure a seamless, personalised and memorable stay, particularly for suite guests and returning Cheval Blanc guests.
- Coordinate in-room amenities before and throughout each stay with Reservations, Housekeeping, Carte Blanche and other Maison teams.
- Prepare VIP welcomes, gifts, welcome notes and floral arrangements, and ensure the overall quality of the apartment meets the Maison’s standards.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests discreetly and efficiently, and track preferences to personalise the guest experience.
- Provide in-room services as needed, including wardrobe set-up, baggage management, valet service follow-up and coordination of specific requests.
- Support the daily organisation of the Butler team, including leading briefings, ensuring instructions and schedules are followed, and participating in the onboarding and training of new colleagues.
Qualifications
- Training in hospitality and catering at CAP, Bac Pro or BTS MHR level.
- Significant experience in a similar position as an experienced butler or Butler, ideally in luxury hospitality or an international palace hotel.
- Expert knowledge of high-end service protocols and standards in an exceptional hospitality environment.
- Proficiency with hotel management software, including tools such as Opera Cloud.
- Fluent English is essential; a second or third foreign language is an advantage.
- Natural elegance, excellent interpersonal skills and absolute discretion.
- Rigour, organisational skills and meticulousness.
- Responsiveness, flexibility and active listening.
- Courtesy, dedication and a passion for the art of hospitality.

Experience
At least 3 years; 3–5 years of significant experience in a similar role as an experienced butler or Butler.
Education
Hospitality and catering training at CAP, Bac Pro or BTS MHR level.
