Cheval Blanc Paris seeks a Senior Butler in Paris — deliver bespoke in‑residence guest service and coordinate luxury guest experience across the maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke, discreet in-residence guest service and act as the principal point of contact for VIPs throughout their stay.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental service delivery (housekeeping, room service/Carte Blanche, concierge, F&B, spa) to ensure seamless, personalised experiences.
- Anticipate guest needs and organise tailored amenities, special requests, gifts and exceptional external services while respecting guest privacy.
- Manage handovers, maintain accurate guest dossiers and ensure effective communication and follow‑up of guest requests and preferences.
- Uphold Cheval Blanc standards of excellence through mentorship of junior staff, quality control and contribution to service improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' relevant experience in luxury hotel service roles (e.g., butler, head housekeeper, assistant maître d'hôtel room‑service, concierge, front desk or executive assistant).
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in an additional language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) is highly valued.
- Proven selling and communication techniques with a polished, client‑facing manner.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion and demonstrated ability to manage priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with property management/concierge platforms such as Opéra Cloud; familiarity with Concierge Organizer and Know Cross is a plus.

Education
