Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy of financial records and ensure precise month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, transforming data into actionable insights for operational and strategic decisions
- Support effective control and monitoring of revenues, expenses, and assets across the Maison
- Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, Maison standards, and local regulations
- Contribute to financial planning and analysis that supports the sustainable success of the property
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance
- Experience in luxury hospitality, hospitality, or similar high-end service environments
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control frameworks
