Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and support comprehensive reporting processes
- Analyse financial data and prepare detailed reports on revenues, expenses, and assets
- Conduct financial reconciliations and manage month-end closing procedures
- Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and local regulations
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to support operational and strategic financial planning
- Provide meaningful financial insights to support decision-making across the Maison
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of proven accounting or finance experience within hospitality or luxury hospitality environments
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control frameworks
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to analyse complex financial data and prepare accurate reports within tight deadlines
