Role & Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Safety and Security Manager in developing and executing comprehensive safety and security strategies for the Maison
• Oversee daily security operations and manage the Security Ambassadeurs team to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to required standards
• Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols to minimize risk and loss across the resort
• Manage and coordinate emergency response procedures, ensuring readiness and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Supervise team recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development of security personnel
• Monitor surveillance systems, access control systems, and other security technologies to maintain property and guest protection
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders including local authorities and emergency services
• Maintain detailed security records, incident reports, and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk management evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Security Management or a related field
• Minimum three years of professional experience in security management or related roles within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of safety and security regulations, fire and life safety systems, and emergency response procedures
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management strategies and loss prevention
• Proven ability to manage, recruit, train, and evaluate security teams
• Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment, access control systems, and advanced security technologies
• Excellent written and spoken English; multilingual capabilities are advantageous
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Experience

Minimum three years of professional experience in security management or related fields within the hospitality industry, with demonstrated responsibility for overseeing security operations, managing teams, and implementing safety protocols.

Education

Diploma or Certificate in Security Management or a related field is required.
