The Security Manager oversees the safety and protection of guests, Ambassadors, and Maison assets at Hotel Pitrizza on the Costa Smeralda, coordinating security across the property and staff house and reporting to the General Manager. This is a full-time annual fixed-term contract under the Federturismo Confindustria collective agreement, at C1 level with a company supplement, with prospects of permanent employment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise regular patrols and operational checks throughout the property and staff house, monitoring security equipment and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Oversee the external security company, coordinate security personnel’s duties, assess service quality, and propose timely corrective actions.
• Manage emergencies, prepare detailed incident reports, conduct internal investigations, and inform management of anomalies or risks to the Maison.
• Ensure strict compliance with security procedures and standards, maintain up-to-date regulatory records, and coordinate the management of keys, badges, and sensitive access.
• Contribute to internal first-aid and evacuation training, promote best practices, and strengthen the safety culture across all departments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the security sector, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Professional qualifications related to workplace safety are preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Italian.
• Excellent command of core IT tools, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Absolute discretion, rigour, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
• Leadership, team coordination, and collaborative skills.
• Availability, flexibility, responsiveness, and strong ability to manage unexpected situations.
