Cheval Blanc Randheli seeks a Seasonal Dive Instructor to lead diving experiences and excursions for guests of all levels, deliver instruction, and support daily dive operations, equipment maintenance, and guest engagement. The role is seasonal and full-time, with a minimum of five years’ experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create underwater experiences while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and guest care.
- Accompany guests of all experience levels on diving adventures and excursions, providing personalized instruction and guidance about the marine environment.
- Collaborate with the Dive Centre team on daily diving operations, equipment maintenance, and guest engagement.
Qualifications
- PADI Certified Dive Instructor qualification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of diving safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to conduct diving courses, guided dives, and guest orientation sessions confidently and professionally.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Passion for diving and marine conservation.
- Guest-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
