Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of strategic sales initiatives and compelling service offerings aligned with Cheval Blanc's luxury positioning
- Negotiate partnerships and commercial relationships with key stakeholders to expand market reach and revenue streams
- Orchestrate and deliver memorable client experiences that reinforce the brand's art de vivre positioning
- Supervise sales objectives, identify market opportunities, and deploy action plans to exceed performance targets
- Analyze market trends, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure service offerings align with evolving client expectations
- Mentor and develop high-performing sales teams to cultivate excellence and uphold brand standards
- Drive portfolio expansion and strengthen relationships with existing partners and clientele
Qualifications
- Master's degree in hospitality management, commerce, or equivalent (Bac +5)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Opera property management systems
- Fluent in English and French (written and oral)
- Knowledge of a third language highly valued

Education
