Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy to maximise revenue and market share across key segments and geographies.
- Design and roll out compelling offers and packages in collaboration with F&B, marketing and operations teams.
- Negotiate, develop and manage strategic partnerships and third-party collaborations to expand the Maison's reach.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team; set targets, monitor performance and implement corrective plans.
- Build and nurture a proprietary client portfolio, driving repeat business and long-term loyalty through personalised engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; recommend pricing, packaging and distribution adjustments to optimise yield.
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM to activate demand-generation campaigns and high-touch clienteling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Hospitality Management, Business or equivalent (Grande École/masters preferred).
- Minimum five years' experience in luxury hospitality sales or commercial roles, with proven revenue results.
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken; a third language is an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and experience managing partnerships and B2B relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership, discretion and service-oriented demeanour appropriate to ultra-luxury clients.

At least 5 years in sales, commercial development or business development roles within the luxury hospitality sector, with direct experience managing teams and delivering measurable revenue growth.
Education
Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent (Bac+5).
