Cheval Blanc Seychelles seeks Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and client relationships at ultra-luxury resort on Anse Intendance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily sales-related activities in alignment with brand standards and values
  • Develop and implement sales strategy to increase revenue and occupancy in partnership with the Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Foster and strategically drive long-term client relationships to add value to the brand
  • Manage the local sales coordinator and oversee B2C marketing communications
  • Coordinate on-site familiarization trips and execute marketing tools follow-up
  • Support global brand plan initiatives and regional sales objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Present strategic recommendations with confidence and analytical rigor

Qualifications

  • Relevant Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in luxury hospitality
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar Sales & Marketing capacity
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
  • Proficiency in Opera, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
  • Strong organisational and presentation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced analytical, creative thinking, and interpersonal capabilities

Experience

Relevant Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management from a reputable institution.
