Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Commercial Department in tracking daily business activities and coordinating commercial initiatives
- Manage and update customer and partner databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Monitor and analyze production reports, budget performance, and activity metrics
- Support travel agent bookings and B2B partner reservation tracking and follow-up
- Prepare documentation and schedules for commercial visits and team deployments
- Update marketing and commercial materials and collateral
- Provide cross-functional support to internal teams and LVMH Hotel Management coordination
- Contribute to data analysis, reporting preparation, and commercial support activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC +3) from a business school, hospitality school, or comparable institution
- Solid understanding of luxury hospitality operations and standards
