Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during their shopping experience in the boutique, ensuring a pleasant and seamless transaction from arrival to purchase completion
- Provide personalized product recommendations and guidance based on in-depth knowledge of luxury articles and individual guest preferences
- Anticipate guest needs by applying Cheval Blanc service standards and delivering consultative advice tailored to each client
- Optimize sales performance through product expertise and personalized engagement, while maintaining discretion and professional service standards
- Collaborate with boutique team members to maintain merchandising standards and support overall guest satisfaction objectives
Qualifications
- CAP, BAC, BTS MCO, or BTS NDRC qualification in sales or commerce
- Prior experience in luxury retail environment strongly preferred
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with hospitality systems including MICROS and Opera
- Knowledge of a third language is advantageous

Experience
Entry-level candidates with foundational retail experience or recent graduates are encouraged to apply; prior luxury retail exposure is recommended but not required for qualified candidates.
Education
CAP, BAC, BTS MCO (Management and Commercial Operations), or BTS NDRC (Negotiation and Customer Relationship Development) in sales, retail, or commerce.
