Cheval Blanc Randheli in Noonu, Maldives seeks a Safety and Security Manager to lead security operations, crisis response and a team of Security Ambassadeurs.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain comprehensive security, safety and access-control programmes across the Maison, ensuring alignment with luxury hospitality standards.
- Lead, train and mentor the Security Ambassadeurs to deliver a visible, courteous and professional security presence for guests, staff and third parties.
- Manage crisis preparedness and emergency response procedures, including fire safety plans, evacuation protocols and on-site medical coordination.
- Conduct investigations, incident reporting and root-cause risk assessments; implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.
- Coordinate with local authorities, regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and effective incident escalation.
- Oversee key control systems, access management and perimeter security for villas, back-of-house areas and guest-facing venues.
- Maintain operational readiness through regular drills, audits, security checks and vendor oversight for security-related equipment and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in a security leadership role within luxury hospitality, resorts, or a closely related environment.
- Proven track record in crisis management, incident investigation and emergency response coordination.
- Demonstrated experience liaising with local law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
- Advanced knowledge of fire safety, access control, key control systems and security operations.
- Strong leadership capability with experience building and developing on-site security teams.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in security leadership within luxury hospitality, resort operations or a closely related environment, with demonstrated competence in crisis management, investigations and liaison with local authorities.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Hospitality Management, Emergency Management or a related discipline preferred; professional security or health & safety certifications (e.g., CPP/PSP, NEBOSH or equivalent) are advantageous.
