Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, guaranteeing flawless welcome and exemplary standards of hospitality
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with precision, ensuring seamless operations and strict adherence to guest requirements and schedules
- Assume rotating night desk duties, overseeing guest security and overall hotel operations during off-hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and restaurant departments to ensure harmonious guest experiences and proactive service delivery
- Maintain reception standards of cleanliness, order, and organisation, reflecting the establishment's prestige through professional presentation and demeanour
Qualifications
- Advanced hospitality management education (Master's degree or equivalent BAC +4/5)
- Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience as a rotating receptionist or equivalent front desk role
- Fluent French and English (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud and 7Rooms systems preferred
- Familiarity with Leading Quality Assurance standards preferred
