Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised welcome and sustained guest care across daytime and night rotations.
  • Ensure continuity of service by liaising closely with Concierge, Butler and Housekeeping teams to anticipate and fulfil guest needs.
  • Manage check‑in/check‑out, guest billing and night‑specific front desk operations with accuracy and discretion.
  • Apply and uphold the Maison's service standards at every interaction, tailoring approaches to individual guests.
  • Promote hotel services and experiences through informed upselling to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • French vocational hospitality diploma (Bac Technologique Hôtellerie) or equivalent hospitality qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in front office or guest reception roles within the luxury hotel sector.
  • Fluent in French and English (verbal and written); proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage night shifts and to work flexibly across day/night rotations.
  • High standards of discretion, rigour, attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills.
