Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks Room Service Manager to lead luxury in-room dining operations at five-star Alpine hotel.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guarantee excellence across all Carte Blanche room service operations from breakfast through dinner, along with private bar service coordination
  • Anticipate guest needs by leveraging information from various services and guest profiles to deliver surprising, personalized experiences
  • Lead and mentor the room service team, transmitting expertise and ensuring adherence to procedures and quality standards
  • Execute impeccable service details with precision and rigor, maintaining the property's exceptional reputation
  • Manage team performance and ensure consistent application of LQA standards across all service moments

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar room service leadership role
  • BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO hospitality qualification or equivalent culinary/service credential
  • Demonstrated knowledge of luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant operations
  • Mastery of HACCP food hygiene standards
  • Fluent English and French (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in service techniques and protocols
