Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks a Room Service Intern to deliver luxury in-room dining experiences in this five-star Alpine palace hotel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and deliver room service orders throughout the day and evening, ensuring excellence in every interaction with guests
- Execute all Room Service procedures while adhering to Cheval Blanc's rigorous LQA quality standards and established protocols
- Work under the direction of Range Chiefs to maintain impeccable presentation and timing of in-room dining experiences
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to special requests to ensure seamless, personalized service
- Maintain strict adherence to HACCP hygiene standards and food safety protocols at all times
- Contribute to creating memorable experiences by approaching each room service moment with precision, elegance, and genuine hospitality
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
- Prior internship or entry-level position in a luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant environment
- Fluent oral and written communication in both French and English
- Mastery of formal service techniques and protocols
- Demonstrated passion for gastronomy and fine dining
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to precision in execution
Skills
Experience
Minimum one prior internship or entry-level position in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment; familiarity with Michelin-starred service standards preferred.
Education
BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Restaurant Management.
