Cheval Blanc Paris is hiring a Room Service Chef de Rang in Paris — fixed‑term contract; deliver refined in‑room dining for a luxury Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a refined, personalised in‑room dining experience that upholds the House standards of discretion, precision and attentiveness.
- Prepare and dress trays, assemble food and beverage orders in the room‑service office and ensure timely delivery to Hôtes.
- Maintain the point‑of‑sale and service station in an immaculate, orderly and fully supplied condition throughout service.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, larder, cellar and stewarding teams; assist the Room Service Manager in managing flow and supplier interactions.
- Observe and apply upselling techniques and communicate guest preferences or special requests to relevant departments.
Qualifications
- BEP / CAP / Bac Pro in Hospitality, Catering or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Proven knowledge of luxury hotel operations or experience in a Michelin‑starred restaurant environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English; fluency in an additional language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) is an asset.
- Strong customer‑service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills and professional presentational standards.

Experience
Minimum three years of service experience in a high‑end hotel or fine‑dining/Michelin‑rated restaurant; first experience (internship or position) in a comparable establishment is required.
Education
BEP/CAP/Bac Pro in Hospitality, Catering or equivalent vocational diploma.
