Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, deliver, and clear breakfast, meals, refreshments, and special amenities in guest rooms with meticulous attention to timing and expressed preferences
- Manage in-room order taking, service delivery, and billing with accuracy and discretion, ensuring compliance with established service protocols and announcements
- Oversee control and restocking of in-room private bars, monitoring inventory levels, expiration dates, and product compliance
- Address guest requests and complaints related to room service operations, coordinating with relevant departments to implement corrective measures according to Maison procedures
- Deliver supplementary services such as flowers, newspapers, or special requests with elegance and efficiency, maintaining utmost discretion at all times
- Report unusual situations or service disruptions to management that may impact security, service quality, or guest experience
- Support colleagues as needed to ensure operational continuity and flawless guest follow-up across all shifts
- Execute administrative tasks including order processing, Cardex client updates, team briefings, and training participation
- Maintain impeccable standards of personal grooming, hygiene, appearance, and adherence to all Maison safety procedures and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of significant experience in room service, fine dining, hospitality, or luxury accommodation environments
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Mastery of HACCP food hygiene standards
- Demonstrated knowledge of ultra-luxury hospitality service standards and protocols
- Proficiency in order taking, in-room service delivery, and billing procedures
- Proven ability to work with international clientele in upscale environments
